ORDER PROCESSING

Order Cut-Off Time: 5PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Order processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is within 7-20 business days from the date the order is shipped. Although we make every effort to deliver your order within the expected time frame, sometimes due to natural disasters or holidays your order will be delivered the next day. In these cases, we will contact you.

SHIPPING COST

$6.99 for all orders.

SHIPPING METHOD

We work with the United States Postal Service and other carriers depending on your package to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and estimated delivery date. We work with multiple carriers to ensure that all packages can be delivered on time

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We will not be responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect delivery information. If you accidentally sent the wrong address when placing an order, please contact us immediately.

DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERY

Extended delivery times: If your delivery exceeds the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Parcels: In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes an investigation.

PARCEL DAMAGED

If the parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you are not present at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team when damage is discovered.
