RETURNS POLICY

30 DAY RETURN

If an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns according to the rules below. If you return an item requested within 30 days of delivery.

Products returned must be in the exact same condition as when sent, with all tags. Returns will not be accepted if the product tag is removed or missing. Please note that Shipping/Collection fees are non-refundable. Also, please note that we do not charge any additional handling fees for returns.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

In case of technical errors or errors caused by the store, we will bear shipping costs for you.

We cannot accept responsibility for Goods damaged or lost in return shipments. We therefore recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the actual Goods or evidence of receipt of the returned goods.

ITEMS ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED

We are very sorry that the item is damaged or defective.

For any defective items, we require photographic evidence immediately upon delivery clearly showing the defect. Please email these photos to us. Returned items will be inspected and you will be notified.

 

REFUND POLICY

REFUND TIME

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. But if the above time has passed, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the product.

CANCEL ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Return requests are only accepted within 24 hours.

REFUND METHOD

Once we receive the returned items and confirm their compliance with the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive a notification when your money is refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Once we receive your return parcel, we will process your package. Once your refund has been issued, please wait for it to process and appear on your bank statement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
